...is way easier than going out & around looking for the right thing, 1 because it's easier to type in what you want and find it rather than go from store to store (especially on ebay), 2 because you find way lower prices than in the stores (especially on ebay), 3 no tax, and 4 is simply because you save money in every factor that would be used to go get your equipment...

for example, (i will use my story)...
say you want an MPC 500, and the retail price everywhere is 599.99($600 dollars)...and you don't have to pay any shipping, but you have to spend money on gas, am i right?...okay, say you also want a CF card($59.00 retail price) and memory expansion($159.00-akai prof.)...that's a lot of money for some computer chips man...so you want to have a nice little full production studio without needing a computer...it'll cost you a little more that $800...

WOWIE...lets break this down the solomon way, using ebay...

now you find a seller that sells your MPC for $600 (free shipping) [remember we dont do anything thats not free shipping, unless its $3-$5 at the most and the product is cheap]...BUT...it also comes with your CF card and memory expansion...brand new and all that...but...you think about it and say...wait a second...i can get a CF card [free shipping] for $18...
0_0! SCORE...and what about ur memory expansion...!!! i can get that for $20...[free shipping]..and its not made by akai prof. but its memory expansion all the same...and it WILL fit and work..how do i know that, we'll get to that in a second...

now your thinking hey hold on...thats still 600 + 18 + 20...which is $638...i might not have that all by next check..well i can wait and get it later...NOOOO u dont have 2...see...now you go back to the MPC 500 page...u see 600...u see 500!!! GASP 499.99...ALL FREE SHIPPING...hm hmm... some used..some new...(now idk about ya'll but i dont like it unless its brand new)...OH MY GOSH...lOOk...its BRAND NEW being sold by "new_items_only" its $480.00 and it has free shipping...which would mean my total would end up at $518.00 for everything i want!!!!!!...OH MY GOSSHHH...

now hold on one second...look at the numbers next to the sellers name...look at the star...and look at the percentage of good ratings...i only buy from people with 98% at the least...and even then...i check their feedback from others...(people say A++ seller and stuff like great deal and just as described..and only has a few bad comments(like one or 2 from the last 12 months) because people are haters...but within the last 6 months...the seller has been the perfect seller..all positive feedback...thats when you know that you ARE buying that product from them...

so you see...you saved about $220 on an MPC through ebay...$140 on memory expansion through ebay...and $30 on a CF Card through ebay....All through ebay...

you'll need a paypal account, which is an even safer way to buy online...see i have a Visa Debit Card and all that so its simple to link my bank account to my paypal and send funds into my paypal to be used online...smart...so if you're going to shop online...
